Haha.....hi!! Today is earli in the morning, date 21st of Apr 2007 @ 0147am n i'm listening to Fei Ni Mo Shu, nice song by tank. hehe.
Later in the evening i will be goin to watch Phantom of the Opera with my mum and younger brother in esplanade.
Then on sunday go celebrate xp birthday cake. I have prepared the cake le. hehe. it will be a very chocolately one mind you. i guess will be very sweet too. initially wanted to design a motorbike pic on the cake but failed to achieve the desired outcome therefore i changed the design to simpler one. hehe. but the cake damn heavy lor. mayb bcus of the choc. haha.
monday go back sch for lesson which will end very late siah bcus our silly communications teacher suggested moving our tuesday afternoon slot to monday slot and combine with his monday slot thereby ending like 5pm starting from 8 plus in the morning.
come to think of it, i actually wasted my wed-fri at hme with no interviews frm hotels or positive replies from any hotels or restaurants. soo many of us competing for trainee baker positions. Students frm sunrice and temasek poly and now even ITE also offering pastry and baking course. it seems like the trend has just started. i don't recall a few yrs ago the ITE or even polytechnic had this baking course. only recently.....T_T wana cry le. realli hope by next wk can get a confirmed attachment

I actualli checked out Jack's Place website where they display their cakes for selling, and i'm rather impressed by the designs and so on. It will be my honour hab my work attachment there. Frankly, i prefer restaurants than hotels for work attachment but what the heck, can't choose, i need to be chosen by ppl...
